Not all people in St.Paul, enjoy the work by Chris Coleman.
When he was a councilman, he helped cover up about the 200,000 homes in Minnesota that
received FREE insulation installed though Ramsey Action Program aka RAP that contained 1.51 PPM's Formaldehyde.
Why was this happening ?
We now know RAP was ran by EX MAYOR Jim Schiebel, now he is EX Director of RAP.
The money that flowed threw RAP is federal money, and when EX Director Dale Anderson of RAP had 5 part time jobs that paid $52,000 per job in 1997-that came out to be $ 260,000.
Bill Dahn and Jim Kane Blow the Whistle on Dale and others that thought they could deprive
Bill Dahn of a safe environment.
Here is a web site www.billdahn.com go to homestead and read the letter that is there, it talk about sewer gases entering Bill's home though the furnace.
Chris Coleman know about this and he just smiled about it.
He had a copy of my doctor report from. Dr. Johnson of the Noran Clinic in Minneapolis.
That report said that chemical smells CND: Chemical Sensitivities are my disability.
So for the City of St.Paul, to deprive me of a safe environment in my own home is a crime.
Chris Coleman and the others who are employed to protect and serve, were not doing their job.
Chris Coleman did not do his job as a councilman, then he was elected as mayor.
If Kelly didn't make friends with the Republican president when he was in Minnesota, he might have been re-elected.
To All The TAX PAYERS, check out my web site to see how - "if" you are a "WHISTLE-BLOWER"--- the treatment you might receive.
Remember that Jesse Ventura and Dean Barkley became ill after 20 minuets, in the home at
256 W. Morton St. in St.Paul,MN.
that belonged to Bill Dahn
We have paper work outlining the time spent trying to get the home repaired.
Cover ups -- they happen every day here in
the City of SIN", "St.Paul" !

Coleman is worse than Kelly with reaspect to what the city's code inspecctors are out doing. A lot of people voted for him because they thought he would put a stop to lying inspectors. Instead it just got worse.
