Jesse Ventura and his people conspired before July 17, 1998 to have Bill Dahn, to do a last minuet political party change to Republican.
Doug Friedline talked to Bill Dahn on July 17, 1998 about Jesse Ventura and Dean Barkley wanting to come over on Sunday - July 19, 1998 to talk to me "Bill Dahn" and my running partner James Kane.
So Doug Friedline arranged a meeting, and on schedule Jesse and Dean Barkley shows up at Bill Dahn's home at 256 W. Morton St. in St.Paul,Minnesota on July 19 1998.
Bill Dahn had to run for office to stop the threats against him about the bad insulation, that was installed free by Ramsey Action Program Inc. aka RAP.
The BAD Insulation had a high content of "formaldehyde" on it.
In 1997 Sandy Pappas sent out a real nice Native American girl from her office staff, her name was Ann Cook -- " Thunder Hawk".
After awhile Sandy told Ann Cook to just stop helping Bill Dahn with his problems with his home.
Ann Cook "Quit" working for Sandy Pappas and worked with Bill Dahn and then moved in Bill's home at 256 W. Morton St. in St.Paul,MN.
Ann and Bill Dahn had the "Insulation" tested at --- Then called Twin City Testing, it tested at
1.51 PPM's Formaldehyde level.
State of Minnesota's Health Department guild line for Formaldehyde in only .10 PPM's !
This BAD insulation was bought out of Canada, where it was outlawed for having to high of
Formaldehyde Level.
The start of the big cover up about this BAD insulation that RAP installed, in some 200,000
other homes here in Minnesota.
The DFL people were in charge of the money that flows threw the Energy Program, The money starts in Washington DC. at Department of Energy.
in 1997 -- The DOE out of Washington DC. called and left a message on Dahn's answering machine.
Joe Konrade Energy Technology Programs Specialist form the U.S. Department of Energy called and left message, that the White House contacted them and said to get my Insulation problem fixed.
So a direct order from the White House became covered up threw under handed people that ran Ramsey Action Program aka RAP at the time.
RAP's Director Dale Anderson and Paul Vielaber the Weatherization Program Manager, said for 3 years that there was nothing wrong with the home at 256 W. Morton St. own by Bill Dahn.
Bill Dahn was a Disabled Native American with Epilepsy, the Epilepsy was triggered by a

These people in Minnesota's State Government at the time thought if they would ignore Bill Dahn, he might just go away.

The Excel Company, over the Bad work on Dahn's "home".
A bad furnace donated by NSP Co. put in Dahn's home was proven to be faulty and unsafe.
NSP bought out a furnace company that went bankrupt, and donated the furnaces to
Ramsey Action Program --- for a TAX CREDIT .

Bill, we hear this story over and over. It seems nobody cares. Why keep beating the drum?
Obviously Bill wants his story to be heard, some times it takes repeating the same story over and over to get it through some of the narrow minded peoples heads what is really going on around them....Think about his story from a different angle....put yourself in his spot!! I bet you would care about the story then...

Nancy this person can't put himself in Bill's spot and he's heard the story over and over again at Edemocracy not here. See, there are still lurkers here hiding behind the curtain. Do I hear anyone saying it's not true? Remember the asbestos and the teenage workers? "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain". If he had a brain, a heart and the courage, he would want the truth and be appalled by it all and would even stand up and yell, picket and righteously take a side. All he wants to do is live in the land of lala.
Bill Dawn and Sharon Anderson are not concerned with what is going now, they just use the forums to to keep rehashing what happened years ago, and then throw in so much other shit that you can't figure out what they are talking about. If they are going to be doing that here on a regular basis, I am out of here!
You can do that in America! Isn't that great? They can come here with information and complaints, or what you will call it and you don't have to listen or read it! Just as people have a right to live where they want! The wheels of justice turn slowly and the only one's, unfortunately, who remember and live in the fall out of the injustice are the ones that it has happened to. So you should probably just count your blessings that you are not the one coming here with complaints of government corruption against you. It doesn't bother me at all. I guess some are just more tolerant of others misfortunes than others and I am happy of that fact. Since most here post anonymously, saying you are out of here is unconsequental and unrecognizable. I just can't censor anyone. It just isn't right.
It would be different if Bill and Sharon had something positive to add, but they do not. They hi-jack the current subject to shed light on their own agenda. That may be OK too, but then when they throw in all this other garbage about everything under the sun, it makes their posts not understandable. If they at least stuck to one subject, at least you could understand what they are saying. I have yet to hear either one of them have anything to say about the current situation or the current discussions going on which further leaves me to believe that their interest are self serving only with no regard whatever for the changes others are attemping to bring about by discussing these issues. Bob and Sharon''s participation in their usual form are going to take credibility away from the forum, and I think Bob will see that in the number of "hits" to the website. As the usual posts from Bill and Sharon inccrease, the hits to the website will decrease.

Our City is made up of all kinds of personalities and it would be totalitarian of me to censor anyone.Moderation and censorship is the driving force behind the demise of a forum.
Sharon received almost 70,000 votes in the primaries for Attorney General.
Bill was considered a major threat in the primaries in the Governors race with Jesse Ventura. He received a pile of votes and spent about $50 on his campaign.
If others see Bill & Sharons post in the light you do, then they will skip over the stories Bill & Sharon post and find what interest them.
I encourage you to hang around, skip over their post if they post. Your input on subjects that concern you is of value not only to you, but all of us with the same concerns.

Since I'm here defending my views fromthe owner himself- I got news o n Bill Dahn.
He's telling the truth. His house was taken questionably AND, I have sat with him and watched the tape of Ventura and Dean telling him to file for governor and they would pay his filing fees. They were in his house and it was afternoon as I could the sun coming through the windows.
Why hasn't it ever became public? Because Bill has some mental illness due to the chemicals that was in house. Its very sad. So people dismiss him. I called agency after agency looking for help for him and it was tough.
I don't know Sharon.
Bill may be ill but, he is absolutely telling the truth. He had the good sense to videotape the meeting without Dean Barkley or Jesse knowing. It's entertaining.
Give the guy a break.
It looks like Bill ,is getting the people on his side.
Many people went though Bill's home and said it was ok.
now bill has a web site talking for him.
To many people are behind the cover up about RAP doing bad work at Bill's place.
