St. Paul Racketeering Lawsuit #1, "Discriminatory Act"
218. In January 2004, St. Paul landlord, Steve Mark was ordered by a City housing
inspector to remove one of the three Hispanic tenants from a rental unit that was identical in
layout and square footage to a companion rental unit in the same building that housed three
Caucasian tenants. The City inspector’s discriminatory order only applied to the Hispanics
renting from Mr. Mark.
Bob- Hi All,
Some of you may remember this is the Landlord who was documented on channel 5 news last year claiming selective code enforcement against his East side rental unit.
The video of the channel 5 news coverage made it look as if Mr. Mark had trash in his rental units yard when in fact it was a neighbor next door who was never written up for the violation. The original violation against Mr. Mark concerned a broken car window on one of his tenants vehicles.
Following this issue for over a year I see bias in the local media. A reluctance to tell the truth.

Mr. Mark will have justice soon......the landlords are standing up, and they are not happy.
The media appeases the government. I wonder why? Is it because if they reported fair and truthfully they too would be looking at charges lodged against them by the FCC, if their power reaches that high, their homes would be scrutinized, they would be stopped while driving and given bogus tickets or just hasseled when out and about or maybe the building where they report the news would be slapped with violations. Do you think this would honestly ever happen to these prestigious high-platform personalities. Of course not and They aren't stupid. They know what's going on, but if it's not happening to them or their loved ones, they don't care. Not only is it a dog-eat-dog, but it's also a shark-feeding-shark kind of world out there. The media is big business, government is big business, contructing multi-million condos is big business. The media as a business only cares about ratings. The government only cares about it's image, protecting it's own and of course revenue and if it happens to profit anyone or their buds individually, well that's the spoils of war. If you think the media, speaking specifically of our local stations, really does care and reports acurately just because they do human interest stories and "Thursday's Child" type stories, than you are gullible. Just wait and watch the way in which they will be reporting when the lawsuits get to the courts. I've seen the way they reported on 14 Jessamine. They reported a one-sided version and then deemed it in the best interest of all. Where was their outrage in demolishing someone's home. That's the way they will always do it. You know when you have a truthful reporting tool when you are criticized by not only the government but also the main stream media. Does anyone remember years back after a verdict in the Rodney King case, I think that was it anyway, and a local reporter was in a neighborhood in Minneapolis and was bashed in the head with a brick? That was up close and personal. The reporter ended up saying she had no idea what was really going on and she went in there with her little designer suit and professional make-up and hair. She was caught up in the real world and the real hurt and the real voices. When people are shoved aside and taken advantage of and then ignored, they will become angry! Little voices need to be magnified, but when you hear what they are saying, you will be hearing the real truth.
Get used to it. People are punished for telling the truth now days. They are ridiculed for saying what they think, and retaliated against if they say it to the wrong people. Everyone pretends to care and the Government comes up with all their phoney "processes" they want to include everyone in so they have an equally phoney excuse to fall back on so they can justify screwing people over. Your day is coming St. Paul. There are a lot of angry people in town that can't wait for the next election and the chance to get rid of your rotten leadership.
