What a waste of tax dollars. Maplewood and North St. Paul police don't know how to solve REAL crimes. Have you ever driven down White Bear Ave. and seen a car--any car--pulled over by Maplewood police? If you did you would have noticed that 3 or 4 back up squads always show up to assist. An I mean EVERY TIME there is a traffic stop! Why do they need 3 or 4 squads for traffic stops? Its no surprise they have stooped to this level. Both depts. need new leadership!

By Enforcing the "seat belt law", then they would have to
Then "enforce" the "windshield wrapper law", witch means if you are driving with them on you have to have your head lights and tail lights on so others can see you!
Then they have to "enforce" the "turn signal law"!
Witch means if you are changing lanes or exciting from a highway, you must use your turn signal and give a adequate notice of you intentions.
This is a higher degree of public safety then Governor Pawlenty with the "seat belt law".
Pawlenty and his people that kisses the a--es of the insurance companies to obey seat belt law and NOT ENFORCING them all shows the administrative incompetence, dysfunctional administrative behaviors that hinder attainment of organization goals.
combination of knowledge, skills and behavior utilized to improve performance. More generally,, having the ability to perform a specific role.
competence is the state or quality of being adequately or well qualified.
Pawlenty's kind of competence is called artificial experience.

Bill Dahn for Governor
