Hi All,

Who would you believe? Foster who has a LONG reputation of violence against women and others, or Bobbi Winns children?

I am really thinking about attending this trial.

I don't think they'll ever convict him. The state gets rid of all the evidence and the only thing left is a FBI report that says the victim had gunshot residue on her but not on Foster. What jury is going to convict on that? Factor in the politics adn the fact that it's 25 years later, it doesn't sound like a winner to me. I'm more interested in wether it's going to be a "Finney" jruy or a "Fletcher" jury.

Go read the article again. Either you missed something or you are hell bent on twisting what was said about the gunpowder.

Who is the bonehead from Stacy Minnesota who posts on the Pioneer Press comments section.

He thinks Foster should be free.

Well anyone who hits a woman should be put away for a long time.

Next Foster's attorney Earl Grey will say it's Ms. Winn fault and she had it coming to her.

What a slimeball this Earl Grey is. He just got a rapist off in Minneapolis for raping a drunk girl and then filming himself laughing about it.

Lastly, how can a clerk in the impound lot afford a high buck attorney like Earl Grey at over $400.00 an hour?

The money is coming from someplace.

FOLLOW THE MONEY and youwill see where it goes. Billy Boy and Company (not juice) seem to have their hands in this since 1981.

seems like it takes an awful long time to get justice in Ramsey County. I would like to know why.
