I was at SPIF and noticed John Krenik posted the court date for Foster. Diane Gerth left a response to him. Diane Gerth and people like her are a problem. Krenik leaves a message to let every one know that court proceedings are beginning about a murder case. Diane Gerth responds by trying to distract people from the fact that an innocent woman lost her life. Diane what does that say about you?

UPDATE:

It seems that Maplewood Police Department sent the evidence over to St. Paul PD for analysis in 1981.

It seems that there was major involvement by the Crime Lab from the St. Paul Police Department in looking at evidence in this case.

It also should be known that former Chief, Bill Finney was a St. Paul Police officer during this time period and has interfered in this case on behalf of his friend Aaron Foster on several occasions. This involvement by Finney has been reported in the local press as well.

Court resumes at 1:30 PM
