Called the Court State of Minn v. Aaron Foster www.co.ramsey.mn.us Criminal File no. K3073854 before Judge Ed Cleary, Foster lawyer is Earl Gray, Not sure if the Prosecutor is DFL Ramsey County Attorney Susan Gaertner or Republican Bob Johnson Anoka Prosecutor who handled the Grand Jury Indictments and or www.ag.state.mn.us Lori Swanson?
Check the files, in this Heinous Criminal Case, notify the Media etc.
Speaking of media... NBC Dateline will be in court.
Court is in room 1240 on the 12th floor
I was at SPIF and noticed John Krenik posted the court date for Foster. Diane Gerth left a response to him. Diane Gerth and people like her are a problem. Krenik leaves a message to let every one know that court proceedings are beginning about a murder case. Diane Gerth responds by trying to distract people from the fact that an innocent woman lost her life. Diane what does that say about you?
Dateline is here. I saw them downtown today. Looks like it aint a rumor. I thought it was.
UPDATE:
It seems that Maplewood Police Department sent the evidence over to St. Paul PD for analysis in 1981.
It seems that there was major involvement by the Crime Lab from the St. Paul Police Department in looking at evidence in this case.
It also should be known that former Chief, Bill Finney was a St. Paul Police officer during this time period and has interfered in this case on behalf of his friend Aaron Foster on several occasions. This involvement by Finney has been reported in the local press as well.
Court resumes at 1:30 PM
Watch Fox Nine News at 9:00 tonight.
