Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

2 Martinsville Officers Suspended After Day Care Incident

MARTINSVILLE, Ind. -- Two Martinsville police officers have been suspended after they were accused of using a Taser to subdue a 10-year-old.
A news release from the mayor's office and the Martinsville Police Department said the officers responded Tuesday evening to Tender Teddies Day Care on reports of a 10-year-old who was out of control.
The release said that the officers, trying to prevent the child from hurting other children, staff members and himself, slapped the boy and then used a Taser to subdue him.
"While the department will not condone the unnecessary treatment of any subject, regardless of age, in any apprehension situation, additional comments will not be made pending results of the final investigation," the release read.
The day care's owner, Heath Lancaster, did not want to comment on the case, saying only that it was in the hands of the Department of Child Services and police.
Officials said officers had been called to the day care before about the same child.
"One of the police officers came out here and said they have trouble with him all the time because he is a problem child," said neighbor Stephanie Hamilton. "He was kicking and screaming … and he wouldn't quit."
Kenneth Frazier said he believes the boy needs help.
"I don't think that should have happened. I'm sure they could have detained him some other way," he said. "They take big grown ups down without tasing them … why a 10-year-old?"
Officials said the two officers, whose names weren't released, have been suspended with pay and placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation by the Morgan County Sheriff's Department.

I have a conflict with the Ramsey County Sheriff Office in Minnesota for Not giving me my med's while in jail and they roughed me up and shackled me for demanding them.
These so called peace officers are not doctors and should never have slapped or used a stun gun on a child.
A stun gun is like "electro shock therapy", so I suggest using it on the two cops and see how they feel about what they did.

Hi Chuck and Eric, let talk about this.
What do you two from the other political party feel about cops slapped a child, but then to use a taser on this 10 year old kid.
That should never happen and these two cops should be locked in their own jail's and tasered a couple times each.
The city government party with its artificial intelligence.
The classes of people in this country will show the rich that the poor will pull though this "changing times" better then the rich because they know how to skimp and go without.
The rich will have hard time in these changing economy.
