This letter is in responce to my complaint that a clerk in the sheriffs civil process unit
called me a drunk to other Sheriff employees and claimed i smelled like alchohol.
She did not like my coming down to have the sheriffs serve my papers on government entitys.
To my knowledge, she was reassigned and does not handle paperwork for service.
Now, Judge Johnson has an order to show cause against other deputies who are corrupting service of legal papers I have been trying to serve on the county.
They are corrupting the affidavits of service.

Mr.Matiatos,
The internal affairs investigation (#07-10) has been completed and a report was prepared and submitted to the sheriff for determination in the case. The sheriff has returned a finding of Sustained, which means the accused, committed all or part of the alleged acts of misconduct or other conduct not alleged.
The policy violations include, Ramsey County Personnel Rules 24.2: Conduct Unbecoming an officer or employee of the County. The sustained finding indicates disciplinary action was taken in the form of written reprimand that will be placed in the employee's personnel file.
This case is now closed and will remain on file for a period of seven years.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. If you have any questions you may contact me at (651) 266-9290.

Too bad you can't really tell people what you think of them while working for the county. I would guess that she's probably very intuitive and could see that were indeed a drunk. Calling you what you are is still not appropriate as a county staff personnel.
Jonathan
good for you Jeff. Justice does come to those who are persistant.
Bill Cullen,
Do you know Ted Smebakken ?
Jeff Matiatos
I take it Jonathan works for the county.
Incompetence in the Sheriff's Office?
I'm shocked?
Maybe too many of them are coming under indictment and they can't handle the regular business.
