Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Our house is a pice of junk. Tear down dan said. Last night. It will not be stand after 15 days. I told the wrencking ball is there now waiting for the 16th day. Look like the city is in a pissing match with the banks now.
You fix them NOW or we will tear them down on the 16th day.
And screw your money. We do need you to loan out money to any one.
We do not need taxprayers.
We are going to a perfect city. No problems. No need for police or courts
Some cases you wont be disappointed in reading regarding the wrongful demolition of a condemend home(s) by the city of Minneapolis.

This is really fascinating stuff. I wonder how the city decides what comes down? If you look at pictures of the building at hand (616 Wells), it, well, has some deferred maintenance. But, item 51 plans to demolish 651 Hawthorne. That building looks very nice...

It was the first building up for demo that had no one their to defend against the City.
I had a camera person there and we were able to get on film what the council video fails to show. We are working on getting it on the web, right now.
I'll get the link to Bob the minute it is sent to me.

I too am interested to see what happened regarding item 51. first, what set off Lantry? second, nancy why waste your efforts when the recommendation was to table the matter? it would seem that any of the several addresses following would have been a better platform for whatever you were planning...
