Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Nancy - you need to sue the city for the damages they have done.
The City can do anything they want to get rid of the pant sagging and druggies out of my neighborhood.I don't care if they discriminate or abuse the law as long as they get the end result.So who cares if the pay a couple bucks in a lawsuit.

I was reading the comments from people at twincities.com about the Hudson lady who is signing out a radar speed gun and monitoring traffic in Hudson.
I came across Bob's comment there. I think it is awful we have a society that is moving toward a citizens police state. I was also pleased to see many other citizens feel the same way.
Then I followed the link here. Now, after reading here and watching this video, I am convinced we are moving in the direction of Nazi Germany.
The government is turning the citizens upon themselves. We can no longer expect them to exercise law enforcement. They expect us to police each other.

While I can understand your feeling the way you do, I am wondering why you don't insist that the city use the Police Department to address law enforcement and behavior problems rather than being so willing to pay for court Judgement for violations of other people's civil rights? Your willingness to sacrifice one group of people's civil rights for your self interestmakes me wonder how you are going to feel after the government would use this type of enforcement to set "Precedent" and then come after you or your children for something different, but citing this as "Precedent" and then proceeding to violate your civil rights.

Thing are going on daily, but most of the people that lives in St.Paul think these council members are very nice people.
Now for these two ladies to stand up
to the dirty government,
and you so called men that are to afraid to speak out "Wake Up".
