WINN FAMILY NEEDS YOU

Please click onto the title of this post for Barbara "Bobbi" L. Winn's website. After reading her story please click onto the "Get Involved" link at the website. This is important, the Anoka County Attorney must know people are very concerned about this family and justice.

I sent an email to Robert Johnson the Anoka County Attorney encouraging him to proceed with this issue.

Please, I encourage others to email him also.

If Aaron Foster is innocent than it surely wouldn't hurt to have a court decide.

Patty,

Our prayers are with you and your family.

No family should go through what your family has gone through!

While this woman lies dead in her grave, maybe the St. Paul Police would be better off putting some of their time into this rather than wasting their time refering this "Selby Ave raper" guys case to the county Attorney for possible criminal charges when they say they know he did not commit the rape. Only in St. Paul do the dead get no justice while the innocent are persued. What a tragedy.

I agree with Bob... if Aaron Foster is actually inocent although all evidence seems to be pointing towards him, why not let a jury decide if he is in fact innocent or not beyond a reasonable doubt. I cannot imagine a person committing suicide than asking the boyfriend to hide the gun (for what purpose?) even more strange that he would in fact leave the scene and hide it, I think a call to 911 would of been more on the lines of what an innocent boyfriend would do, and comfort the children. Then evidence disappears for so many years and reappears??? I cannot see how Anoka County could not decide to prosecute Aaron Foster with the evidence they now have and new technology they have been provided with to get the conviction the family deserves in this case.

My thoughts are with the family and I pray for a conviction so the family can put this tragedy at peace...

Nancy
