OK... so explain to me why you like this one Bob???

The guy who owns the law office next door is still going to end up with his clients not going to be able to park in his lot because customers of cupcake park there...

Does anyone really believe that people are going to park a block away to go to this place and avoid parking in someone elses parking lot?

I could give a rip, and don't care one way or another.... but how is it pro-business to have this guy be able to get a wine and beer licence and almost no parking on site and other people have to pay dearly for parking???

I doubt that the people who own parking lots close by are going to find this very pro-their-business.

But, he did a good job of whining that the City is anti-business and someone else will now pay for him.

And... yes my wife voted for the varience... so, I am just asking the question???

Why is screwing the businesses that have been there and paid for their parking lots the pro-business thing to do?

Wow what a long day, nice to be back in town! Nice to be here at the town hall.

Jobs are more important than 2 lousy parking spaces! We have to weigh the good of "all" against the inconveinence of a few. Just like in eminent domain.

If parking becomes a problem due to the Cupcake patrons, the alternative is booting on private property.

As far as walking a block from the Cupcakes remote parking. Chuck, take your wife out for an evening walk and a cupcake. She will love you for it.

Cupcake adds another layer of varity to Grand Ave. People like varity when they shop.

Jobs Jobs Jobs that is pro-
business Cupcake isn't Target. Their patrons aren't going to fill the streets and parking lots
with automobiles.

Two parking spaces???

Oh, you mean the two spaces that they still don't have after you count the SEVEN or in the new plan EIGHT space that count as their parking that is a block away.

So, the law office that loses customers because they can't get customers to come in because cupcake patrons are parking there is "good" for business...

The guy did a good job of whining and the knee jerk... I hate the government regulations crowd stand up for him, but the facts are there is no free parking.... Anywhere...

Somebody pays for parking lots, and this guy isn't going to have to. Some other business will pay his freight... for a cupcake and a glass of wine and minimum wage jobs...

Pro-business my ass...
