SHHHH! While we listen to words of wisdom from a wise man.
Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

'Dissed' teen charged in shooting death of 15-year-old in St. Paul
Shooting suspect, 15, says he was angered peer shunned handshake

A 15-year-old boy said he "blacked out" and fatally shot another 15-year-old who refused to shake his hand at a weekend party in St. Paul, the Ramsey County attorney's office said Wednesday.
The county attorney filed a motion to have the teen tried as an adult for second-degree murder.
About 11:40 p.m. Saturday, St. Paul police responded to reports of shots fired at a home on the 700 block of Case Avenue. They found Joshua Albert Wilson-Shaw — not breathing and without a pulse — in a pool of blood on a sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood.
According to the criminal complaint:
Witnesses said the suspect tried to shake hands with Wilson-Shaw after the two had fought earlier.
In his statement to investigators, the teen said he was at a party at the house when he overheard Wilson-Shaw mention his name. He told a companion that he did not trust Wilson-Shaw. Another male overheard the comment.
The suspect went over to Wilson-Shaw and tried to shake his hand. After Wilson-Shaw refused, the boy tried to explain that he wasn't angry anymore about their earlier fight. Then they exchanged "words."
The teen felt "dissed" and got mad. He pulled a silver-and-black handgun from his waistband and shot Wilson-Shaw.
"I just blacked out," the teen said. "Then I unzipped my shirt, and I pulled out a gun and I just shot him."
He said he shot the gun six times and ran away.
Witnesses reported hearing
four to six shots. As the bullets flew, Wilson-Shaw ran to the front yard, where he collapsed on the sidewalk. Six bullet holes were later found in the side of the house.
Wilson-Shaw was the brother of Emmett Wilson-Shaw, the intended target of a shooting last year on a Metro Transit bus in downtown St. Paul, friends said. On April 22, 2007, Jerome Cross fired a gun inside the bus, missing Emmett Wilson-Shaw but fatally shooting Earl Freeman, 16.
Cross, 18, was later convicted of second-degree intentional murder.
Joshua Wilson-Shaw was entering 10th grade this fall at Guadalupe Alternative Programs in St. Paul.
The suspect is scheduled to make his first appearance in Ramsey County Juvenile Court today.
Also arrested in the case were a 14-year-old boy and Melvin Spencer Jeffrie, 19, of St. Paul. They have not been charged, according to the county attorney's office.

Like the blacking out thing is going to get him out of a murder charge.
What a punk. try him as an adult and throw away the key.
Very sad. Where are the parents. How did this kid get a gun?
yes its sad what happen to him a good kid he was ppl will say thats one less gangsta off the streets but really the problems start at home just think if kids parents actually gave crap about us how things would be different
josh was a nice kid he was really cool im gonna miss him
Man skip all that man i love my little guy will he just had a bad day dnt put him in jail 4 the rest of his life thats not right
josh was honeslty like my baby brother; i love him and miss him so much; he was nothing like you would think with the way the media is portraying him; he was a smart kid and was really trying to make something of himself;
killing him over a fight and a refused handshake is NOT justifiable; especially not with the "blackout" excuse;
even though the killer was young as well; he knew what he was doing; give him life.
Man skipp tht just like josh sister said give him life man josh was a hood boy yeah we all know but he was cool man thts my ex i miss him alot and its just not right . forget all tht things going wrong at home old dude who shot josh was just fine and if he wasnt o well josh wasnt part of his life ! and didnt do nothing too him josh didnt need too die like i said guve shorty life in jail no bail no parol nothing mann but rip joshie i miss yuh like crazy hunn too meh yuh not gone
