Hi All,

In my haste to go to a meeting when I posted this, I neglected to give credit to Nancy L. for sending me this story.

Thanks Nancy!

A couple of points about the Rock County video.

(1) Citizens in Rock County are active and currently forming a Citizen's watch group so police abuse and judicial corruption is brought into the light. The heat is on the sheriff and county officials. The actions and convictions of the Citizens of Rock County is starting to spill into other counties. The People are waking up and realizing that they can and will make a difference.

(2) Some clarification of the video. The larger man, the son, is driving the pickup. Most of the time, he is laying in front of the pickup, cuffed. He does get up and he can be heard constantly asking the deputy why he is under arrest.

The father comes out of the garage to see what is going on. He is the one that the deputy pulls out of the garage, wrestles to the ground and releases his dog on. The photos shown on the site are of the father.

This is only 13 minutes of a 45 minute video. The father bled and went untreated for two hours.

This is not the first run-in that this family had with this deputy. There is much more of this story to be aired later with even more serious consequences. Stay tuned!

The use of police dogs on people is inhumane, cruel and unusual not to mention barbaric.

Something about the use of tasers ?
When crimminals are put to death by electric chair, the voltage is regulated by weight and size of the person.
We know that tasers can kill.
Electricity is the cause of death in these cases.
Guess that guy killed by state troopers in Minnesota was not blamed on the tasers ?
I disagree.
He would not have died if not for the tasers at least having something to do with it.
The press and Governmental manipulation is trying to snow and sway public opinion.

There was a time in history where lions and man dueled in arenas in Rome.
I think you know who the victor was.

It sounded to me like the dog was ready to get the guy before they even had him stopped.

It looked lawful to me. The driver was fleeing, and the father refused a lawful order to "get back." If you don't want to wind up being a tasty little treat for the dog, then do what your told when a lawful order is directed at you. The cop is still an asshole though.
